You have built a business. You have gained the trust of your customers. Shouldn’t you control the content of the messages you send to your customers? Real Time Reviews allows you to do just that. You can customize the email and text messages that you send through Real Time Reviews, in addition to controlling your business information on the microsite. You can customize what your customers and potential customers will see about your business.

Changing the Templates

In the Campaigns section, there is an area called Templates. Here you can control the look and verbiage of your email and text review requests. In the Review Request Email, you can add or change the message you are sending with up to 2000 characters. You can also adjust the sites you are requesting review requests from, adjust the timing for review reminders and adjust the language for the Contact Us option. You can always preview your message by clicking on the Preview button or by selecting Review URL in the header.

In the Review Request SMS, there are all the same areas to personalize, in addition to adding images to your text review request. You can upload a logo or use one of the existing backgrounds for your text review request. You can also adjust the verbiage up to 125 characters. Please note that you can adjust the review sites for both Android and Apple devices. As always, click Save after you make any changes, or the information will revert to what it was before.

Adjusting your Business Profile

Under the Setup section, you can adjust your company information. You can change the location and contact details, add descriptions and services, add images and logos, and add social media profiles. When we first add your account to Real time Reviews, a lot of information is automatically populated from Google. We recommend you keep your business name, address, and web address the same unless your business is changing names or locations. If you are changing names and/or locations, please contact a Real Times Reviews representative to assist with making the modifications. Making other adjustments is easy, simply click on the Edit button in each section, make your revisions, and click Save at the bottom. You can see the adjustments by selecting Review Website in the header.
